The  Arts Council launches www.artsaudiences.ie – a site which will provide a focal point for those interested in how, nationally and internationally, the internet is being harnessed by artists and arts organisations to engage with audiences in new ways. With this in mind Arts Audiences will also run two seminars for arts organisations Audiences 2.0: access the power of internet

Documenta 13 is launching a two-day conference which has the goal to provide a forum of discussion and reflection on the history of documenta. The seminar is free and will take place at the Castello di Rivoli Museo d’Arte Contemporanea in Turin on 18th and 19th  September 2009. Registration deadline is tomorrow August 5th here (old fashioned and impracticable method of registration and very poor website…hope they will do something about it) Having said that, they are on facebook! look for “Documenta”.
